Background Check
Background checks are an essential element of our pre-employment screening program. Prior to employment, all potential employees will be subject to a background check that includes social security number verification, address history, criminal record and motor vehicle history.
Drug Free Workplace
Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test - All job applicants require a clean (negative) drug and alcohol test to qualify for job placement. During employment, random drug and alcohol screening is enforced for those employees working in critical environments or when required by our clients.
Referrals
We encourage our employees to contact acquaintances and to refer potential qualified employees to us. Eichleay will pay a referral fee to any employee referring a candidate who is subsequently hired and remains with the company for a minimum period.
Employment Types
Eichleay has the flexibility to allow personnel to choose the type of employment that best suits their personal situations. By far, most of our employees are salaried full-time with full benefits. However, we also have hourly non-exempt employees and 1099 independent contractors. Overall compensation is structured around the employment type.
