Eichleay Engineers Inc. of Southern California
 At a recent Concord Town Hall Meeting, President Russell J. Miller unveiled plans to establish a permanent engineering presence in the Los Angeles area. On December 3, 2007, Eichleay Engineers Inc. of Southern California opened for business near the Long Beach Airport. This entity will continue to expand Eichleay's already strong presence in the West Coast oil refining market. Given the strong demand for energy, the aging state of California's refineries, and the ever-increasing pressure to minimize the environmental impact of hydrocarbons, we anticipate that the growth of this sector of the economy will remain robust for the foreseeable future. This new Eichleay operation will also be serving our other traditional market sectors, including the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
New Senior VP
 We are also extremely excited to announce the addition of Edward L. Stringham to the Eichleay family of companies. A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California and a graduate of Stanford University (MS) and the California State University at Long Beach (BS), Ed brings with him more than 30 years of engineering, business development and management experience in the petroleum refining, oil & gas production, power and other related industries. His tenure includes positions with two prominent engineering and construction companies, most recently serving as a Senior Vice President. As a Senior Vice President with Eichleay, Ed will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of our Long Beach operation.
