Client Staffing
In addition to the engineering services provided to our clients, the Spectrum Services Division of Eichleay (Spectrum) recruits professional personnel for both internal positions within Eichleay and for staff augmentation positions within our clients' facilities. We respond to the needs of our clients providing a flexible workforce, from direct hire or contract-to-hire positions, to long or short-term contract positions, as well as payrolling. Spectrum draws from our experience in technical environments to fully ascertain the position and skill requirements leading to the selection of the right candidates. We utilize the resources within Eichleay to effectively screen and select the best personnel for the positions.
Spectrum can help streamline and simplify the hiring process to satisfy our clients' personnel needs. We include extensive background checks, employment verification and reference checks, education check, drug and alcohol screening (pre-employment and random), safety training, personal protective equipment (PPE), performance evaluations, salary administration, and benefits coordination.
Spectrum maintains an extensive database of qualified personnel, and can staff positions in all of the traditional engineering and design disciplines, as well as project engineering, project management, project support, construction management, administrative, safety, technician, planning and other specialized services. Key industries served include petroleum refining, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical device, biotechnology, laboratories, and clean manufacturing facilities.
Whether employed in-house within Eichleay or working under direction of our clients, all of our personnel are considered regular employees and participate equally in Eichleay's benefits program.
