Project and Program Management

The Project Management Group at Eichleay ensures that our projects are appropriately planned, staffed, engineered, and constructed. Our successful track record is a result of our project managers' commitment to fostering long-term relationships and building hands-on project teams to support each client's unique business needs.

We can develop a program management approach when our clients have a portfolio of interrelated projects. Such an arrangement allows for the consolidation of key resources which results in a more efficient, seamless, and cost effective solution.

Our Project Managers work closely with our Project Controls Group on estimating, cost and manpower forecasting, progress and productivity reporting, as well as planning and scheduling. Each month we prepare monthly status reports and trend logs for all projects. These provide performance information by showing approved budgets, expended hours and costs, forecasts for hours to complete, early warnings of cost, design or schedule changes, earned values, and additional practical information. We also use our extensive amounts of historical data from past projects and keep in constant contact with our vendors, contractors, and all of our engineering disciplines to develop conceptual, preliminary, budgetary, and detailed estimates. This in-depth information allows our clients to effectively manage their projects and make informed decisions.
