Eichleay delivered this new Red Wine Production Center facility which included presses and fermentation tanks of various sizes housed under a 90,000 sf pre-fabricated canopy.
The execution strategy was a multi-phase approach over a five-year period intended to increase the capacity of the winery by approximately 1,000 tons per year. Design services included the mat foundation for the canopy, tanks and presses, site drainage and grading, catwalks, lighting, transfer panels, process lines, refrigeration, water, compressed air, nitrogen, and power.
